Between Thanksgiving and Christmas, it seems that the weeks fly by in a whirl of shopping and holiday parties. Feel Fresh Fridays: Classy Casual

Some of the best pieces to invest in for fall are jackets. Blazers and denim jackets can help you to dress up or down some of the staples in your closet. Denim jackets look great over dresses that might normally be too fancy for daytime events. Try pairing them with a pair of boots to complete the casual feel. Feel Fresh Fridays: Lots of Layers

Layering is the way to go during this transitional fall weather.  It gives you the option to bundle up in the morning and lighten up through the day while still looking great.  Sometimes, knowing how to pull off this look can be a little tricky.  Here are 3-easy tips to help you feel fresh in your layers!

1.  LENGTH:

Making sure your layers are different lengths helps add dimension and prevents you from looking frumpy.  A cropped denim jacket pairs well with nearly anything, while leggings and slouchy boots go well with this extra long flannel.

 2.  COLOR:

This is a trend that never seems to go away!  I don't know about you but I am very thankful for that because a chunky sweater on a cold fall morning...well, it just doesn't get much better than that.

My chunky sweaters are the most versatile part of my fall wardrobe since they come in all different colors and styles - not to mention they work well with any body type.  They can be dressed up with some skinny jeans and a great pair of boots or you can layer the heavy knit over a nice maxi dress.  You also have the option of belting your mid-section to show off your curves...the possibilities are endless!
